Important information regarding Covid-19

Dear Clients,

We would like to take the opportunity to update you on our current status and plan for reopening.

We are currently open, with limited availability, for medical treatments carried out by our registered medical practitioners. Following the government updates on 23rd February, we are now planning a full reopening, of all treatments, from 12th April.

If you have had an appointment cancelled due to lockdown, we will be contacting you in due course to rebook. Please be aware that our reception staff are working remotely, we have limited telephone availability. We would be very pleased to receive email requests for treatment course bookings, please do let us know your preferred date and time. For new treatments bookings we have also opened our online booking system.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our clinic then and would like to reassure you of the safety standards adopted by our CQC registered medical clinic including:

- Medical protocols and clinical cleaning standards
- Regular reviews of our Covid-19 risk assesment
- Social distancing methods in clinic, enabled by appointment spacing
- Medical grade PPE for practitioners
- Regular lateral flow testing of all clinic staff
