- All promotions must be purchased in full prior to promotion end date
- All purchases are strictly non refundable.
- Treatments are subject to suitability and availability. If found unsuitable for treatment a credit note will be issued for the amount paid, to be used against any future purchase, within 6 months of the date of purchase
- Treatments purchased in the Black Friday sale must be taken prior to 31st May 2023.

- Laser Treatments require consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment, this must be booked.
